Countless wine bottles, messy sheets, cameras scattered on the rocks and coffee tables on the ground were found in Gable Tostee\'s Gold Coast apartment, A New Zealand tourist fell off his 14 th floor balcony.
On Monday, police released the first photo of the Tostee apartment, who was tried in Brisbane\'s Supreme Court on charges of murdering 26-year-old Warriena Wright, the two fell off the balcony after meeting Tinder on August 8, 2014.
The photos show that the apartment is cluttered with things that look like white rocks --
Prosecutors charged MS Wright with throwing the same thing at Tostee, which made him angry --
Scattered on the chairs in the living room, on the carpet floor.

The court heard that he then forced her to go to the balcony and locked a glass door in the apartment, meaning that \"her only means of escape\" was to try to climb down from outside the building.
The remainder of the recording will be played to the jury on Tuesday, including the last moment MS before Wright\'s death.
Kash said the prosecution will accuse Tostee of making visitors feel that this is her only option through threats and intimidation.
A jury of seven women and six men was told that a neighbor heard MS Wright before she saw her fall from Tostee\'s balcony about 15 seconds later,

On Monday, she told the court that she woke up around two o\'clock A. M. on August 8, 2014 and heard the furniture banging.
She heard a woman screaming \"No, no, no\" and when she saw the legs of Wright\'s MS, she looked at the Sunrise platform.
She said: \"The legs are down, swaying in the air . \"
\"I froze there, and then the body landed on my balcony railing.
\"I screamed, and then someone screamed.
I thought it was her voice.
She was lying on the ground as I looked forward.
Then she called the emergency center.

On 2014, when she met Tostee at the end of her trip, she took a week off to attend a friend\'s wedding.
She was found dead at the bottom of a high place.

Defense lawyer Saul Holt QC said in his opening speech that Tostee is a real person, not the \"cartoon evil\" that the media often describes \".
After a night of wine and intimacy, Mr. Holt said, MS Wright became increasingly unstable and aggressive towards him.
The court heard that she tried to restrain her feet and then put the Wright MS on the balcony and locked the door.
Holt said that Tostee did not suppress Wright\'s MS, but he had a legitimate right to use \"reasonable force\" to protect himself and his property.
Holt said she was outside, he was inside, and he held a locked door between the two of them.
What happened in this case was completely different from the crime of murder or manslaughter and it was inappropriate.
The case was heard in court after MS Wright\'s death. Tostee tried to contact a lawyer and called his father.
Tostee told his father in the recording, \"she\'s been hitting me all the time . \".
\"I forced her to the balcony. I think she might have jumped off . \"
Photos of Tostee\'s barrel, lounge and kitchen were then presented to the jury.
